FLAVORED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS

BASIL – fresh, bright and herbaceous – fantastic anywhere you'd like the fresh, herbaceous flavor of basil.   Perfect on a caprese salad.   Pairs great with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic or Strawberry Balsamic.

BUTTER – creamy, dreamy infused olive oil that is vegan, naturally infused, dairy free & heart healthy!  It gets its rich, decadent flavor strictly from organic botanical infusions.   Great as a butter substitute in baking, sauteing or anywhere you use melted butter such as popcorn, seafood, over pasta or mashed potatoes.  

CHIPOTLE -  smoky flavor great for marinating steaks, in salsa or on grilled veggies or seafood.  Try a drizzle over warm refried beans.   Excellent dipping oil for artisan breads, finishing oil on soups, pasta and rice dishes.  

CILANTRO & ROASTED ONION – savory infused oil masterfully blends the flavor of roasted, sweet caramelized onions with fresh, herbaceous cilantro.  Fantastic as a marinade for poultry or meat for fajitas, drizzling on veggies, sauteing, or in salsas.  Pairs well with our Honey Ginger, Sicilian Lemon and Grapefruit White Balsamics.

EUREKA LEMON -  produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with early harvest organic olives at the time of crush. Perfect to saute shrimp or scallops.  Flavor is so versatile, it can also be used to bake sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes and in granola.  Pairs amazingly with our Blueberry Balsamic, Raspberry Balsamic, Jalapeno White Balsamic, Fig Balsamic or Pomegranate Balsamic.

HARISSA – harissa is a condiment made from dried hot chili peppers, garlic, toasted caraway, toasted coriander and toasted cumin, pounded into a paste with olive oil.   Copious amounts of chili pepper are used to make this infused olive oil very spicy, and one of the hottest in our collection.

HERBS DE PROVENCE – classic Provencal herbal combination includes notes of lavender, rosemary, savory, thyme & bay leaf.  It's a show stopper drizzled over grilled lamb, chicken, used in marinades as well as brushed on vegetables to be roasted or grilled.  Pairs well with lemon white balsamic, grapefruit balsamic and many more.

GARLIC –  a garlic lovers delight!  It's versatility has no bounds.   Use for sauteing, roasting, grilling, drizzling on salads, vegetables, in marinades, poultry, seafood, pork, dressings, marinades and baked foods.  This is particularly delightful as a butter replacement on pastas, baked potatoes, rices or mashed potatoes.   Try drizzling over grilled steak or use as a dip for your bread.

MANI ORANGE - made with oranges from the Mani peninsula of Greece, this oil is romantically fused with Athinolia Olives.  This fused oil was produced during the early harvest in November.   Pairs well with Gravenstein Apple White Vinegar.

MILANESE GREMOLATA – traditional Italian herbal condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & hint of mint.   Recommend for marinating poultry or in dressings.  Pairs wells with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Jalapeno White Balsamic and Grapefruit White Balsamic.

WHOLE GREEK OREGANO - made with fresh oregano crushed with early harvest, fresh picked green olives, using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods.   Fresh, bright & herbaceous - this is by far one of the most difficult flavors to translate into an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely if ever tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this cold pressed agrumato oregano is spot on.  Use in marinades, salads, for bread dipping, brush on vegetables, with poultry & more!  Pairs great with Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Strawberry Balsamic or Grapefruit Balsamic.

PERSIAN LIME – unbelievably fragrant burst of citrus, this infused oil will take your recipe to the next flavor dimension.  Fantastic with fish, poultry, marinades & dressings.   Great when paired with our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic.

ROSEMARY – made with fresh wild rosemary, crushed with early harvest.  It is both complex & aromatic.  Great used on poultry, pork or lamb.   Spectacular drizzled over sauteed vegetables and mind blowing with roasted potatoes.   Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic.

FUSED THYME - Our Greek thyme fused olive oil is made by combining early green Koroneiki olives with fresh cut thyme.  Perfect as a finisher, drizzled on chicken noodle soup and pairs with peach white balsamic or combined with pomegranate dark balsamic for roasting lamb.  Spectacular for carmelizing onions over low heat.  Combine with our rosemary fused olive oil for an epic Greek Salad dressing.

DARK TOASTED SESAME* – made from high quality sesame seeds roasted slowly under low temperature and then pressed in small batches in Japan traditional style.   It has a tremendous depth of flavor & mouth feel.   Use with vegetables, in stir fry, baking, marinades, grilled meats and poultry, hummus, dressings & spreads.    Pairs well with Honey Ginger, Grapefruit & Honey Serrano White Balsamics.

TUSCAN HERB – a harmonious & delicious combination of herbal flavors including oregano, rosemary, marjoram & garlic.  Use to saute, grill, broil, roast & bake.   It brings spectacular flavor to just about anything!  Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Pomegranate, Traditional and Fig Dark Balsamics.  

WHITE TRUFFLE* - a connoisseur's olive oil.   If you like the flavor & aroma of White Truffle, you will love this extra virgin olive oil.  Made in an artisan fashion, it is smooth while intense.  Makes a great finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, in mashed potatoes or drizzled over popcorn.    Try as an aioli – to die for!  A little goes a long way!

WILD MUSHROOM & SAGE – delicious combination of fresh, herbaceous sage combined with an array of wild mushrooms including Cremini, Shitake & Porcini.   Try drizzled over cream of mushroom soup, on risotto, roasted potatoes, in stuffing or on croutons.  Try it sprinkled with sea salt & cracked pepper on popcorn!    Makes an inspiring vinaigrette when paired with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic.

DARK BALSAMIC VINEGARS

BLACK CURRANT - Naturally infused with floral and sweet black currant, this balsamic is rich, unique, tart & amazingly complex.  Serve with pungent salty cheeses, use in salads, over yogurt or to dress fresh fruit salad.   Pairs great with Basil Olive Oil & Lemon Olive Oil.

BLACKBERRY GINGER – sweet & pleasingly tart, this vinegar is bursting with complex notes of blackberry & ginger.   Makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, and pairs well with our Persian Lime, Lemon or Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

BLACK CHERRY - Rich & sweet, this balsamic is made with Ultra Premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar to produce a sweet, rich product that has garnered rave reviews.  Enjoy in vinaigrettes, on salads, to glaze meats or poultry, or try pairing with cheese such as Stilton, Chevre or Camembert.  

BLACK MISSION FIG – naturally dense, bursting with sweet, complex fig.  Use as a bread dipper, in marinades or dressings, as a BBQ glaze or a cheese plate.  

BLUEBERRY -   amazing over a garden or fruit salad.  Pairs well with blueberries & feta cheese.   Fantastic paired with our Lemon or Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oils.   

DARK CHOCOLATE – Rich, thick & resounding with the complexity of three different single origin chocolates responsible for the depth of it's flavor.  Drizzle over vanilla ice cream, blondies, fresh berries, fruit salad or add zing to your chicken mole sauce.  Pairs beautifully with our Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil.   

DARK ESPRESSO – amazingly complex, layers of authentic espresso & dark roasted coffee extract. Makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float” which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. 

ELDERBERRY - Tart, rich and sweet, our Elderberry Dark Balsamic is a taste sensation, wit zesty hints of juicy purple elderberry. Use in marinades, shrubs, dressings, glazes, desserts, with fruit, and in baking.  It is sensational paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, or any one of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils. 4% acidity 

LAVENDER - Floral sweet and slightly herbaceous, our Lavender Balsamic captures the essence of this ancient flower. Pair with chicken, lamb, vegetables or in vinaigrettes, over ice cream and with fresh fruits and berries. Pairs well with Lemon Olive Oil and Herbes de Provence Olive Oil. 

MAPLE -  this appears to be the first of it's kind, an aged pure maple balsamic using 100% real pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont.   It is OUTRAGEOUSLY good.  Think pancakes, BBQ sauce base, waffles, glaze for bacon, pork chops, salmon, ham, ice cream, chocolate, cakes fruit – the possibilities are truly endless!  Pairs well with our Toasted Almond and Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oils. 

NEOPOLITAN HERB -   Just the right amount of acidity to shine in a multitude of culinary applications.  Made from traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic & sage.  Try drizzled over fresh heirloom tomatoes.  Use to marinate poultry, portabella mushrooms, pork or rib eye steaks.  Pairs well with our Garlic, Blood Orange, Lemon, Persian Lime and Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

POMEGRANATE - Intensely sweet, tart flavor, this is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb & duck. Makes an exciting dressing whisked with your favorite oil, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts & feta cheese. Adds great depth to pan sauces, braised meats or compotes. Try over poached fruits & ice cream for an elegant, easy dessert.

RASPBERRY  - thick, rich, dark balsamic dazzles with the natural flavor of fresh, ripe raspberries.    Sweet & tart, it's perfect tossed on mixed salad greens and a little feta & toasted nuts.   Great as a marinade or glaze.  

STRAWBERRY – both sour & tart, this vinegar is the very embodiment of ripe, juicy strawberries & rich aged balsamic.   Use in marinades, dressings with spinach salad, on cheese plates or a glaze for poultry & meat.    This is also delicious over greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream.

WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGARS

A- PREMIUM WHITE BALSAMIC - Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any E.V.O.O., as well as with our flavored oils.

BLENHEIM APRICOT – sweet & tart with an intensely floral aroma of honeysuckle flowers.   Great with grilled poultry, pork or in sparkling water as a spritzer.   Serve with cheese or a dressing over your favorite fruit salad.  Pairs fantastically with Roasted Almond Oil.  

CASCADIAN WILD RASPBERRY – juicy, tart raspberry infused.  Great in mixed cocktails, as a glaze, in wilted spinach salad, over fresh cut fruit or glaze for salmon.   Pairs well with the following of our extra virgin olive oils:   Lemon, Blood Orange, Lime, Gremolata, Garlic and Baklouti.  

CARA-CARA ORANGE & VANILLA – luscious notes of creamy, sultry Madagascar Vanilla & bright, citrusy Cara-Cara orange.   Absolutely delightful in vinaigrettes, marinades, fruit salad, sparkling water, mixed drinks or drizzled over yogurt or vanilla ice cream.   Pairs well with the fruity notes typically found in Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil and is also excellent blended with the Butter Olive Oil.   Try this over oatmeal, or cream of wheat, or even pancakes!!!

COCONUT -  perfectly sweet, pleasingly tart & redolent with the clean, rich flavor of coconut.   Makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, splash onto fruit salad or enjoy in a cocktail.  Use with shrimp, fish or chicken for a tropical flare!  Pairs well with Persian Lime, Onion & Cilantro Olive Oil or Toasted Sesame Oil. 

CRANBERRY PEAR -  clean & tart with a lovely deep blush of cranberry & crisp fruity notes of pear.  Great as a marinade, glaze for poultry, or in a seltzer spritzer or mixed drink!  

GRAPEFRUIT – crisp, clean citrus flavor.  Perfect balance of acidity & natural sweetness.   Try in dressings, marinades, with seafood, paired with fennel or add to sparkling water.  Pairs well with our Extra Virgin Blood Orange Olive Oil.

GRAVENSTEIN APPLE – these apples are grown in pockets of Northern California & prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume & crisp, sweet tart cream colored flesh.   This vinegar positively shines with our Persian Lime, Koroneiki, Blood Orange, Toasted Almond, Tuscan Herb and Gremolata Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  Creates amazing marinades, bread dippers and dressings. 

HONEY GINGER – this gentle, spicy heat is balanced perfectly with the natural sweetness & moderate acidity of the white balsamic vinegar.  Superlatively paired with Persian Lime , Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oils,  and shines with our Toasted Sesame Oil.  

JALAPENO – sweet, spicy & tart, use this to light up your marinades, splash in ceviche, spice up salsa or blend in dressings.   Try in dressing on fruit for a unique twist.

PEACH – a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy.  Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

PINEAPPLE – From Modena, Italy, sweet & tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple.   This zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads & fresh berries.  Try pairing with soy sauce, ginger & our Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.   This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method.

SERRANO HONEY – Sofi award winning vinegar, this vinegar is sweet, tart, spicy and made from 100% honey.   Its amazingly complex and a great addition to salsa, ceviche, blood marys or shrimp on the grill.   Delicious dressing on potato, rice or pasta salad.   Give it a try drizzled over tomato & mozzerella.   Toss with sliced strawberries and a grind of black pepper for a delicious, nutritious dessert.  

SICILIAN LEMON – tart & pleasantly sweet, it has a perfect balance of acidity and crisp lemon flavor & aroma.   Fabulous with seafood, in dressings or in a mixed drink.   Pairs well with Roasted Sesame Oil for a fantastic salad dressing or marinade.
